Urban Windows and Doors draws on 30 years of experience working in the renovations industry.

My partner and I wanted to offer the people of Timmins, and surrounding area something more, something better than what was available for windows and doors. As such we left our previous employer and partnered up with Urban Windows and Doors of Sudbury to open a location in Timmins.

We were very lucky that the people of Timmins accepted us right away as one of the major window and door renovation experts and were blown away by the new products we were able to offer. We were able to offer our clients new, much more efficient, options for windows that were not previously available in the area.

A unique feature of our firm, which sets us apart from many of our competitors, is that we treat every home as if it was our own. We would not install any products that we wouldn’t install in our own home. We especially stress this point to our installers. If the final job is not as good as they would like for their own home then we encourage them to start again, because ultimately we want every customer to be happy with the end result.
