The Luxury Villas & Private Circuit concept is a unique project by Walter Sciacca. It will give shape to the development of a complex of 10 ultra-luxury villas of 5,000 square meters each with a private circuit for cars and motorbikes.

Designed by Sciacca himself, the residences will be able to accommodate up to 60 cars and 30 motorbikes and will have direct access to the world’s largest private circuit, which will be built to all international standards and safety measures, with a total length of 7.6 kilometers and a main straight of 2.3 kilometers.

With his initiative, Sciacca International Projects aims to revolutionize the traditional paradigm of sports venues, transforming them into an unprecedented new real estate concept that combines high-end homes with the passion of motorsport, and will be able to offer a unique experience to an elite clientele.

Walter Sciacca told us that the success of this project is also thanks to two exceptional architects, Luca Peghini and Sebastian Borzoni, who were able to best interpret his innovative vision of the project.

The result of teamwork received this prestigious award. Sciacca would like to dedicate this project and this award to her daughter Vittoria. The notification of this award came as Walter Sciacca, of Sciacca International Projects, and Miguel Vallarino, of Hacienda Tanara, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop in Tanara, a few kilometers from Panama City in the Republic of Panama, the award winning project.

The MOU was signed in the presence of the Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Panama, Denise Guillén, and Ambassador Carmen Gisela Vergara, General Administrator of Propanama, the government agency that promotes investment and exports in the country, with whom a Letter of Intent (LOI) was also formalized to work closely with Propanama to promote the development of Luxury Villas & Private Circuit project.

Led by Walter Sciacca, a manager internationally recognized for his deep and articulate experience in large-scale projects, and for his leading role in the management of motorsport circuits, the project represents an extraordinary growth opportunity for the prestige and visibility of Tanara and all of Panama on a global scale, with a significant impact on the extra-luxury real estate, tourism and sports industries, and capable of generating induced activity of hundreds of new jobs.

Represented by Miguel Vallarino, a member of one of Panama’s most historic and important families, Hacienda Tanara, together with Sciacca, will develop the project within the 2,000 hectares of its property earmarked for real estate development throughout the area, which includes Frank Lloyd Wright’s latest family villa project, a magnificent structure signed by the famous American architect.

Traditional racetracks must change their business models, and they must carry out a real change in direction for the future, over the next 10/20 years. In fact, Sciacca developed a paradigm change that allows the concept of a racetrack to change, a structure that increasingly meets the needs of an elite audience.

The sports facility, in this new developed model, takes on the importance of a business opportunity. Hence the transformation of a sports facility – racetrack – to a real estate operation. A radical change in planning is needed to be able to sustain operations with positive outcomes.

This operation is aimed at an elite client: luxury villas that will have a private racetrack, as well as other activities and services. Sciacca International Projects has in fact developed a unique concept in the world that enters the very high luxury segment.

For collectors of sports cars and luxury cars, these villas with private racetrack will be a dream come true. They will be able to have a significant number of cars and motorbikes inside the villa and they will be able to access the track directly.

This project will change the way we conceive the racetracks of the future.  Sciacca foresee the birth of many private club circuits of smaller dimensions compared to the project developed, they will be elite projects but not of the highest luxury and the Sciacca’s team is already ready with this type of project too.

“I would like to thank Build magazine for this prestigious award which arrived after a long selection process. This project opens a new era, extra-luxury villas with private circuit, a concept very similar to golf clubs with villas but with a very high and innovative level of the villas which at the moment we are not yet making public because we would like to present the project directly to potential buyers,” Walter Sciacca.
