One of the projects Candy has been working recently is Pablo Creek Reserve, a local high-end community with very strict architectural standards. “Our clients for Pablo Creek are engineering professionals with very distinct Mediterranean tastes and specific design goals for every aspect of their home, from the landscape and hardscapes to the smallest interior details and custom elevation elements,” Candy states as she proudly outlines the projects’ success. “The architectural board requires each home to be uniquely different, not even allowing similar corbel styles, while maintaining firm guidelines; many builders are rejected after multiple submittals. Our team completely customized the interior home plan, barrel tile roof, and elevation including a custom-walled courtyard with wrought iron, App-controlled smart home gate.
