Outline for us what makes your approach unique? - The owner of our company is involved directly in every project from beginning to end. - We create our designs and project doc- umentation exclusively on BIM (Building Information Management) software, which reduces coordination errors and enables us to verify quantities and con- struction costs. - We have the ability to deliver a project in both, conventional construction, and off-site construction. What’s your biggest challenge facing you at present? - To stay at the forefront of new construc- tion methods, building materials and assemblies. - To discern valid specification data from “green-washed” and mislead- ing performance claims.
