The National Endowment of the Arts designated this project for its prestigious President’s Award. As the owner’s representative for Disney, Paul Gogulski oversaw design and construction on the Contemporary Resort Hotel in Orlando, a $100 million award-winning project. This project was one year behind schedule when Paul was called onsite. It was completed on time by working 1,200 men through two 12-hour shifts, seven days per week during the final months.
