Plus, we also offer creative high-end luxury schemes that do not break the budget, ensuring clients always receive the very highest standard of service from our firm.” Efficiency is vital to the firm’s success, therefore they are always striving to integrate technology into their offering, as Immanuel explains. “Technology is seamless and essential to us. For communication, we use Whatsapp and email to allow for working from home and greater flexibility. We are drawing in 3D as standard practice. We are currently enhancing our design process with the Samsung Gear 360 cameras on site visit and Oculus Rift VR headsets to allow the team to experience the environments being created and solve problems. Additionally, we now presenting to clients using consumer Virtual Reality headsets that can be attached to the client’s phone such as Google Cardboard.” Overall, the future looks bright for ETA + Partners as the firm unveils a new dimension to its offering which will enable it to work on even more projects, as Immanuel concludes. “Recently, we have developed ETA Workshop, a small construction firm with the scope, and reach, to produce bespoke items and complete smaller schemes. We can apply some of our design, residential expertise and the finest quality craftsmanship directly to smaller projects that miss out on this owing, mainly, to budget constraints.
