Looking to the future, Xaver is keen to highlight one of the firm’s upcoming projects and how this will provide SEHW with many exciting opportunities. “Moving forward, one of our upcoming projects which we are very excited about is the TALENTARIUM ® , an institution that wants to bring stakeholders from the education sector together. It provides a world of experiences in which entry level professionals, trainees and students gain an impression of potential careers and can discover their talents. It will create a platform for entrepreneurs and visionaries, in close contact with companies, foundations and other stakeholders who commit themselves to a sustainable model of society. Our design provide an architectural image of this idea: a golden metallic treasure chest, which captures talents as the treasures of every individual and brings them to light. “
