67 2017 Architecture Awards Build “Currently we have three projects in the practice, running concurrently but at different stages of development. Two of these are on site, one in Muswell Hill – the works almost finished - the other in Southwark. The third project on the ‘drawing board’ is in Greenwich - a single family house in the grounds of a Grade II listed Georgian mansion. NTA16 Architects were the 4th practice commissioned on the project in Muswell Hill. Already on site, there were no drawings for the contractor to build from. It was a huge challenge, both from a detailed design point of view as well as the timely delivery of the information to site in a very short time span. In addition, the house, soon to be completed, is located in a Conservation Area.
