A main 6m wide access road was constructed with an auxiliary 4.5m wide internal road network to access new layout paddocks. All services were provided to each paddock and a network of service ducting was installed for future development such as CCTV, water and electrical power. The challenges associated with this project was encountering rock in parts of the build positions and site services routes on the site and it was important to programme these works, first to allow the project to flow from a time frame point of view as not to hold up ongoing other works on site. Despite these challenges Marlhill completed the project on time and on budget.
