Removing everything and starting from scratch with the shell of the building, Bruce tells us, “I designed completely new interiors and exteriors which allowed the façade of this new building to become the dominant anchor tenant of the entire development.” Having to overcome a number of challenges brought about by the building’s “older shell” including out of date, electrics, plumbing, and mechanics, Bruce and his staff created a remarkable finished establishment that radiates modernity, luxury, and comfort in the same breath.
