We also collaborate with our management, construction, and interior design teams, who are also intimately involved in each project.” Most recently, Collins Builders completed an architectural design for a project in a wellestablished private community in the area. The project was situated on a 3.7 acre, heavily wooded lot, which required the designers to consider a wide variety of views when designing the property. What’s more, the clients had requested the addition of a large pool and spa, tennis court, a fire feature complete with a seating area, and considerations for a greenhouse and garden space.
