Houlton and Sons and ASD Group. One of our latest projects is as specialist sub-contractor on a new development of retail units on the outskirts of Leeds for Caddick Construction. On this particular project, we have rendered the external envelope and carried out all of the plastering and partitioning work to a new Lidl store, alongside plastering and rendering works to a new veterinary surgery and a further two retail units, including complex fire rated dry-lining to ensure units meet current stringent fire safety standards. “Another recent project has been the fit out of new office and factory premises on behalf of ASD Group at Salt’s Healthcare in the West Midlands. This involved, amongst other things the construction of a fourteen-metre-high structural stud wall to separate the factory form the warehouse.
