Recently, Consistent has developed a project for one of the major Master Developers in Dubai. The project consists of G + 4 - 28 buildings, and was scheduled to be completed within three years, but the pandemic saw the project’s building co- opted as quarantine centres for COVID affected patients. The project was in the completion stage with all Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage systems being commissioned by April 2020, but the new purpose saw a period of rapid adaption. Within three weeks, Consistent oversaw the transformation of all 28 buildings into suitable quarantine accommodation, and once the surge in patients fell, the recommissioning of the buildings back into normal residential accommodation.
