Even so, it didn’t slow the company down drastically, and the last two years have still resulted in expansion with 4 new machines, 6 additional staff members and an additional premises added to TMS’s recent investments. Turnover remained high over 2019 and 2020, with expectations remaining high for this financial year despite continued difficulties as the result of the pandemic. Utilising the extra space and increased output, TMS has diversified its client base to include F1 and Motorsport, aerospace, film, and TV sectors – all of which have very different requirements and needs. This diversity in turn leads to high demand year around, as each sector rotates throughout the year. Ultimately, this continued growth comes primarily from a continuation of high customer demand, which speaks volumes about the company’s ability to exceed expectations. Following the company’s success in this year’s edition of the Construction and Engineering Awards, we took a closer look at TMS to find out more about its ethos, history and expertise.
