In order to provide these nationwide clients with the support and service they need, the firm has enhanced its staff to include five full time colleagues and two apprentices. As a result of these talented and dedicated staff, the company is now able to offer a range of services from small ad-hoc repairs, to full on maintenance and facilities management. The firm also offers partitioning, glazing, ceilings, carpets, kitchens, decorations and carpentry along with full fit-outs of commercial spaces. Among the firm’s largest projects so far has been its work supporting Wagstaff Interiors as the Principle Contractor. CK Interiors & Construction were enlisted to complete the 4th floor fit-out at the new prestigious building 50/60 Station Road. During this project the firm completed all works, with the exception of the electrical elements of the project. The office space was to be made of a variety of solid partitioning and crittall-style glazed fronts elevations. All the doors and ironmongery were special order, there were special decorative items and custom joinery. Alongside the sheer scale of the project, CK Interiors & Construction were also challenged by the designers to install concealed closers with the doors and aluminium frames. In celebration of the firm’s win of not one but two awards in this year’s Construction and Engineering Awards we profile it and share an overview of the secrets behind this phenomenal success. still managed to deliver the works on-time and on-budget, with a first-class finish. The client was very happy and loves their new space, which was completed in a little over eight weeks.
