Since its inception, DH-CE has worked hard to offer a highly professional, personal and collaborative approach to building services design all encompassed in a competitive package. The firm’s constant aim is to ensure the client brief is fully understood and that the brief is realised in the final services installation. An example of the firm’s successful recent projects is its work on the conversion of the former Civic Centre in West Bridgford, Nottingham into 121 luxury apartments. The original curved building was formerly utilised primarily as office space and lacked the basic amenities and service routes necessary for residential living. From an initial outline brief, DH-CE moulded and adapted the building services to integrate with the existing building, this being the single greatest challenge of this scheme and equally the most rewarding in being able to successfully deliver the project. Looking ahead, the company is set for even greater growth and success. DH-CE has secured a number of new Student and PRS schemes in the East and West Midlands and look to further develop this area of the business over the coming 12-months.
