All of our scaffolding is constructed in accordance with statutory regulations and the code of practice by trained CISRS qualified scaffolders. To achieve this, we aim be the company where all scaffolders would like to work as we like to be one big family in everything we do. “At the start of every project, we always meet with the site team to assess what the process and sequence of works is to try and work out what adaptions would be needed on site before the project starts to try and keep costs for the project as tight as possible. This collaborative approach ensures success and minimises problems that may arise later in the project. Throughout the project we are very hands on and always want to help to get the project over the line as quick and efficiently as possible. We manage the sites very close so we do not let anyone down and have a designated supervisor looking after each site, so the team always has that one point of contact.” To highlight the success of the firm’s client focused approach, Robert showcases one of the firm’s recent successful projects and explores how his team worked to create an outcome that met the needs of every stakeholder. E “Halifax call centre in Belfast is an office building Advanced NI Scaffolding were tasked to erect scaffold to all elevations of building and a temporary roof. With the information supplied from Wates, our engineers designed a bespoke scaffolding system using Layher Scaffolding we needed to minimise the amount or ties to the building as possible while also fitting a temporary roof and shrink wrapping to all elevations. “Advanced NI Scaffolding used the advanced versatile Layher Scaffolding system on this project due to the safety and speed that the Scaffolding can be erected whilst working to SG4 standards as set out within NASC guidance notes. The versatility of the Layher system compared to traditional tube and fitting or Kwickstage helped us to deliver the project on time and on budget. We worked closely with Layher design team to come up with a bespoke Scaffolding design to meet the individual needs of this project.
