Adjoining the shores of Moreton Bay, the site itself P was previously used as a golf driving range and was cleared of vegetation. The development of the site was an opportunity to rehabilitate over 60% of the site to native bushland. As a result, over 35,000 trees have been planted to rehabilitate the site to its natural state, creating secluded residences in a natural and tranquil environment. The vegetation has been planted to create a 200-metre buffer between the development and the wetlands area, creating a habitat and movement corridor for koalas, migratory birds and other fauna. As a result, the development of the site has produced a superior result of residents of Creekside as well as members of the Redland City Council local community. Looking to the future, Roycorp has exciting new town home projects and house and land packages in the pipeline that are scheduled to be released in 2020. These projects are located in multiple locations in South East Queensland, to ensure the business offers a diverse range of residential products at varying price points.
