Last year, Directitude undertook several impressive and award-winning projects, ranging from high-end Fitouts to grunge rock clubs across Victoria, Perth, NSW & QLD and notably contributed to one of the fastest-growing residential communities in Melbourne’s west by supporting and working on the Woodlea Community Hub. Here, they were engaged by the developer Mirvac to fit-out a community cafe and kitchen. Once again demonstrating their extensive range of services, Directitude did everything from supplying and installing the commercial kitchen, to waterproofing the vinyl and tiling, to the final decorative painting and finishes. [email protected] Directitude’s involvement in The Ville Resort and Casino was a significant achievement concluding in 2019 with the High roller’s room. Working closely with Hutchinson Builders and International Award-winning architects Woods Bagot to project manage the transformation of Jupiter’s Casino into a luxury resort. The Portsea Hotel redevelopment in 2018 as Project Manager, furthered by work as the contracted builder in 2019/20 to complete additional renovations to event spaces and the new addition of the Pizza Bar. Directitude broadened experience working with heritage hospitality venues with the modernisation of The Kent Hotel where, as the contracted builder, Directitude worked to fit-out the quintessential inner Melbourne suburb venue. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the hospitality sector of Victoria hard, with many companies forced to shut their doors to customers and turn to takeaways and delivery services instead. Many companies are, however, taking this time to renovate and reinvigorate their enterprises before they welcome their customers back soon.
