Antony says, “We’ve recently invested in a mobile boiler house too. It’s proving very popular with our clients, especially when having hot water is critical to their operations. We have also investing in a host of renewable-related services and training for our Engineering Team. We’re now able to deliver car charging points, solar PV systems, battery storage, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, and green energy solutions.” As a people-orientated business, ASH Integrated Services is committed to investment in its team and the community. Antony explains, “We all should be making a real difference to the communities we work in. We know that there are skills shortages and diversity issues in the engineering and facilities management sectors. Our aim is to address these issues by training more apprentices from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, and age groups to become qualified specialists in their fields.” ASH Integrated Services now employs over 50 people and provides more employment and training opportunities to the community of Greater Manchester year-on-year. With its expansion into the renewable energy sector, the company has plans in place for a further recruitment drive.
