The client was struggling to use the bathrooms as they were either leaking or not working properly and in a very poor condition. We could not start the work promptly for them either, but they were happy to wait due to our reputation for quality design, products and installation. “There was quite a lot of remedial work required to put plumbing and electrics back to safe standards, as well as making good the fabric of the building, but all was done with the minimum amount of fuss and inconvenience for the customer and in compliance with regulations.
