As a result, no two Southern Charm pools are ever the same – and to the team, neither are their clients. “Building a pool is not a necessity in life; it is something that people save and plan for, and we do not take that for granted,” says Beth McDaniel, who owns and operates Southern Charm with her husband, Chris. “We do our best to make the entire pool building experience as special as possible for each customer!” The commitment to creating an exceptional customer service experience is what truly sets Southern Charm apart. Chris and Director of Operations, Traci Samson, are both certified Genesis Associates, a governing body dedicated to education and maintenance of standards in waterscapes and water feature design and construction. Many cities in the Clear Lake area have been affected by floods in recent months, leading to the implementation of storm pollution regulations which, while predominantly beneficial, have made it more difficult to build permanent structures in certain spaces. This understandably puts pressure on Southern Charm, but the team is adapting, currently working on a new bespoke option of a smaller yet equally luxurious pool for those customers affected.
