Looking ahead, the firm is set for further development as it moves into new markets, as Ángel concludes. “In 2018, By Nok is offering an investment fund with a 100% guarantee. It has strict requirements for investors and doesn’t accept individuals who are considered ‘players’ in the market, because gambling is not part of By Nok’s ethos. It also plans to build two to three thousand houses annually. Of course, not all of these will be on the coast, because as Armando conceded, there aren’t enough plots left to satisfy the demands for building luxury villas, which need all the elements of exclusivity, including zone, direction and access to amenities. Therefore, this year we will only build half as many properties in this area as they did last year, however the development of the fund will allow us even greater success and help us maintain our strong position in the market. “Ultimately, we may not make as much money as competitors, but our model keeps things moving and the economy going.
