James draws on over 29 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industries (in most major markets regions in Canada) and has held executive level positions with national firms. James is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is LEED Accredited and is the President Elect of the Royal Ottawa Volunteers Association. Complementing this, Judy has 19 years of experience in real estate, real property and project management consulting. Judy is an excellent communicator and consensus builder with large, multi-disciplinary professional teams and complex stakeholder/user groups. She has a Master’s Degree in Business and a diploma in Architectural Technology, she is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is LEED Accredited. She received Ottawa’s Top 40 under 40 award in 2012 and is the Vice-President of the Ottawa Region Canadian Green Building Council. Together they and their team are solutions orientated, and collaborative in their approach with everyone involved in any given project, including the clients, their stakeholders, the design and construction teams, client suppliers, etc. verTerra’s project leaders are direct and accountable, and as such they are able to lead and drive projects and team members to successful completion. Ultimately, verTerra’s success is due to its ability and interest in responding rapidly, effectively, and creatively to its clients as needed.
