The need for more houses and the cost of a new house supports the type of work that we do in this company. Of course, I would be happy to be more involved in bigger projects but the private clients are, at the moment, possibly 90% of our work so it naturally became part of our expertise. And so, I don’t believe that is to change also because we have clients that come back to us or recommend us to their friends.” Looking ahead, Alexandre details how that the company will continue to strive towards great success and highlights the future aspirations for Alex D Architects. “To grow the company, reinforce the team and making Alex D Architects better and more competitive with bigger companies, without losing the client focus. Currently we are exploring different possibilities and some of the recent awards we have are helping us to achieve those goals. Alongside this we are also committed to work together in partnership with other experienced practices.”
