By 2020, it is predicted that 50% of all construction in the UK will be ‘Offsite Construction’. This trend has led to significant growth for the precast concrete industry where large precast elements are produced in a factory controlled environment and arrive on site on time and when programme is a key requirement then Precast is very much the preferred choice for most contractors.
