WOWA provides clients with high-quality design solutions for land acquisition, competition and construction document, to name a few. WOWA also provides project management, sched- ule control, consultant collaboration, quality control for their designs. Going into further detail about WOWA, Tina begins by informing us of how the team ensure that they deliver an excep- tional service which not only surpass clients’ expectations, but also makes a positive impact to their living environment. “Here at WOWA, we put our clients’ best interest as our first priority, in the same time, we also want to make a positive contribution to our living environment and urban context. Our clients are happy with our service since our designs are both buildable and beautiful. Also, we have several returning clients for more important projects. Creating the Most Optimized Result WOWA provides high-end master planning, architecture and interior design for commercial projects. Following their success in BUILD’s Ones to Watch for 2019, we profiled WOWA and spoke to Shih-I Chou who provided us with a detailed insight into the award-winning firm. F “Many of our clients are commercial property developers, they own shopping malls, offices or hotels. On average, many of our clients come to us from either referrals or recommendations from our existing clients, consultants and even friends.” Enabling the firm to deliver their exceptional services, is the dedicated, talented team which forms the backbone of WOWA. When discussing the internal culture at WOWA, Tina is keen to explain how the significant role the team play in the overall success of the firm and how they are able to meet their clients’ requests. “At WOWA, our staff is one of our most valuable treasures. This is because they grow alongside the firm and are always moti- vated to put their best efforts to achieve the high demand which has been set by our clients.” Bringing the interview to a close, Tina envisions some of the challenges which may occur within the industry but highlights the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the team in WOWA, especially following their recent success in BUILD’s Ones to Watch for 2019 where they were righteously selected as the Most Outstanding Supertall Tower Designers – China. “The market is getting more and more professional and diverse, at the same time demanding, which we think is definitely going toward the good directions. We are confident to perform better in the new setting because we are highly professional and efficient. “Looking ahead, we are expanding our market to south east Asia, where we believe will be growing with amazing speed in both short and long terms. WOWA is getting more recognition lately and several building projects close to completion.
