Having just recently celebrated their 11th anniversary, the philosophy of LEIVARS still remains at the core of everything that the firm designs. The interiors must be both intelligent and diverse in style, as well as with the utmost attention to detail throughout. Going into further detail about the areas the firm specialises within, Rebecca begins by informing us of the impressive portfolio of projects that LEIVARS has accumulated over the years. “Here at LEIVARS, we are absolutely committed to being approachable and designing homes that are unique in style, liveable balanced with luxury. Bringing Design Ideas to Life LEIVARS is a high end interior design practice with a fundamental passion for creating beautiful interiors. We caught up with Rebecca Leivars who provided us with a glimpse into how LEIVARS creates such stunning designs. S “Working on coastal projects in Sandbanks, through elegant country homes, to Georgian Townhouses, our strength lies in our ability to listen to the needs of our clients and offer the utmost discretion. Ultimately, we are proud of our reputation for excellence as we thrive on client referrals and repeat business as our clients expand their property portfolios.” On the topic of clients, as Rebecca mentioned, the team feel very privileged to have repeat clients and referrals. Highlighting the client’s that the firm serves, Rebecca explains to us how the team work tirelessly to ensure that the outcome surpasses their clients’ expectations. “We have a wealth of diverse international client base ranging from the world of Banking, CEO’s, Media and Sports. In addition to this, we are lucky that as our clients’ property portfolios grow they take us with them. “Quite simply, we have no ego and each team member is just as important as the other. We all take pride in what we do, care and laugh a lot, so important!” Bringing the interview to a close, Rebecca touches on some of the challenges which may occur within the industry but reflects on how she hopes the firm will grow, especially following their recent success in BUILD’s 2019 Design & Build Awards where they selected as Ones to Watch for the United Kingdom. “Challenges as always are finding and retaining exceptional quality contractors who have the same work ethic and humour, but who also have long serving team members (trades) who take pride in their job.
