To support this, we have invested in a highly skilled and motivated multi-disciplinary team with extensive experi- ence and specialisation within the field.” When discussing Randridge’s most successful project to date, Sarah is keen to talk about the Shetland Gas Plant and some of the challenges they faced. “The most successful project for Randridge up to date, has been the Shetland Gas Plant that was designed to exploit Laggan and Tormore Gas fields, which were discovered 125 kilometres to the north west of the Shetland Islands. Randridge were awarded the Electrical, Instrumen- tation and Telecommunications work package for SGP estimated to be completed in just under 500,000 man hours. “In 2013, we mobilised to site and as the job grew. Randridge were subsequently awarded additional scope work packages, based on our positive onsite performance and onsite requirements. “The location of the project site was subject to adverse weather con- ditions year round, and we ensured that we had completed our scope of works without subjecting our team to unsafe conditions.
