This year we acquired a unit on behalf of our client Joe’s Ice Cream (an established regional operator) along a popular retail scheme within Swansea, which accommodated the first drive-thru Costa Coffee within Wales. The recent development of the new Swansea Bay University Campus has seen an increase in development opportunities within the city with two office blocks of approximately 18,000 sq. ft sold for the conversion to a mixture of residential and student apartments. Our auction department has also experienced 100% success in residential sales, which no other local agent has achieved in comparison. Therefore as we move into 2016 we are keen to improve on our accomplishments of this year. Our plan is to continue what we are doing and it is likely that we may need to increase employment if we contin- ue to perform at these levels.
