Today, the firm’s clients are drawn mainly from the internal businesses of the Moorgarth Group, which in turn forms part of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed Tradehold Group. Currently, MPML consists of 10 staff all of whom come from a variety of specialised backgrounds. These include retailers, chartered surveyors and chartered accountants, an IT specialist and others with specific skills. This dedicated team is led by Carl Foreman and Rosemary Fordham, who between them have over 40 years’ worth of experience gained in some of the biggest global retail and real estate firms, including JLL, Lambert Smith Hampton, Cushman & Wakefield, Donaldson and Investec. Drawing on this vast wealth of experience, MPML is able to offer a range of services including asset management advice, financial accounting and reporting, facilities management, credit control, accounts payable, leasing and commercialisation and service charge management. MPML also manage assets on behalf of various external joint venture partners.
