Throughout the planning application we had to justify its loss by using evidence relating to the finances of the business and the tourism industry as a whole. We were very pleased that we established that the hotel use could cease and obtained planning permission for flats.” Ultimately, David believes that the firm’s success is down to its dedication to supporting its clients and providing a full service. “Here at HLF we do not churn out work, each site has to be considered on its own merits and this is the approach we take a bespoke service for every job.
