After three years of significant growth, water management specialist Graf UK has further strengthened its presence in Scotland, with the opening of a dedicated branch in Glasgow.

The new premises, located on the Queenslie Industrial Estate, is the first Graf UK facility to open in Scotland. It will stock Graf UK’s full domestic and commercial product portfolio of market-leading stormwater management, rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment solutions – including its best-selling EcoBloc stormwater and Carat rainwater harvesting ranges. Customers visiting the Scottish branch will also benefit from comprehensive installation and maintenance packages from the company’s expert team.

Joining this team are Callum Sharp, branch supervisor, who will oversee the day-to-day running of the new Glasgow facility, and area sales representative Ross Williamson, who will be the first point of contact for customers across Scotland. With strong merchant backgrounds, an in-depth knowledge of the water management sector and almost 15 years’ combined experience in the construction industry, Ross and Callum will be on hand to provide customers with expert sales support and bespoke design, specification and installation advice.

Callum Sharp says: ‘Scotland has been a key market for Graf UK for some time now – not least because of its unpredictable weather conditions! – but this is the first time the company has had a comprehensive stock offering on the ground. As demand for effective water management solutions continues to soar across the country, and the UK as a whole, it’s a particularly exciting time for me to be joining the business. I feel especially privileged to be launching the new Glasgow branch. Along with Ross and the rest of the team, I will be working hard to make this the central resource that our customers in Scotland have asked for.

‘As well as stocking our entire range of wastewater, stormwater and rainwater systems, this means offering unbeatable customer service, support and expertise – spanning initial advice, system design, fitting and ongoing maintenance. In other words, our aim is to ensure that more Scottish customers than ever can benefit from efficient, reliable water management solutions.’

Eric Williamson, area sales manager at Graf UK, adds: ‘When Graf UK launched in 2013, the stock we had available in Scotland was limited – and at first, only comprised our wastewater range. In the three years since then, we’ve been able to build on this small-scale set-up to offer our full product range to Scottish customers, in line with consistently rising demand. This has now become so high that we’ve recognised the need to invest even more in both people and resources locally. The result is our brand new base in Glasgow – highlighting our commitment to ensuring existing and new Scottish customers get the best support possible.’

Graf UK’s systems boast the highest levels of quality and enduring performance. Made in Germany in one of the most modern production facilities in the world, they are custom-designed to suit each specific application and include all the components required for the complete installation. The company’s stormwater, rainwater and wastewater management portfolio is matched by an accredited training programme aimed at specifiers, installers and other industry professionals.
