The Main challenge of the project was the shape of the land, as in the middle of the site there was one parcel that it’s owner refused to sell. The resultant land had a U shape configuration.
Never the less the aforementioned challenge was transformed into an opportunity whereby the services and MEP plant were located on one side of the U while the other housed the inpatient facilities.
As it is the shopfront of the hospital, the outpatient clinics features a 4 stories atrium
