As REM experts, the companies Alpha IC GmbH and the Swiss Reso Group AG have merged and founded the company Serthoro GmbH based in Bamberg in 2019. The first product is the bidding platform Beestate®, which was launched in 2020 in the first pilot projects. Through the further development of this product, another milestone was now reached with Beestate® Evolution in July 2023. Currently, Beestate® is the only digital platform on the market for the entire FM purchasing process.
